L\u2019estouffade de b\u0153uf \u00e0 la ni\u00e7oise et ses pommes pur\u00e9e devraient ouvrir la saison, suivies par la blanquette de veau \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, riz pilaf. Dans cet esprit, suivront la daube de marcassin, macaronis au beurre ; le navarin d\u2019agneau et sa jardini\u00e8re de l\u00e9gumes, le pot-au-feu traditionnel\u2026 Un festival de saison pour aborder tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 les saveurs automnales !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Octobre : le poisson \u00e0 l\u2019honneur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de poursuivre les nouveaut\u00e9s, une s\u00e9quence culinaire sera consacr\u00e9e aux poissons en octobre, <strong>\u00ab Les vendredis de la Mer **\u00bb<\/strong>. Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses rituels de chef, Daniel Desavie travaillera les produits qu\u2019il aura au pr\u00e9alable rigoureusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des meilleurs professionnels. Chaque rendez-vous hebdomadaire se d\u00e9clinera autour d\u2019un seul poisson : cinq stars de la p\u00eache auront ainsi les honneurs de la maison Desavie.
