Objectif ? Croitre sur les march\u00e9s priv\u00e9s de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des services associ\u00e9s, tout en continuant de porter un regard manag\u00e9rial neuf et bienveillant sur ces m\u00e9tiers de service, dont le capital humain reste la plus grande richesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et s\u2019il n\u2019avait pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans la sph\u00e8re commerciale ? \u00ab J\u2019aurais peut-\u00eatre \u00e9t\u00e9 restaurateur, qui sait ? \u00bb. Finalement, Matthieu Tran n\u2019a pas \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019image un peu \u00ab clich\u00e9 \u00bb du petit gar\u00e7on asiatique, dont les parents sont restaurateurs et pour qui l\u2019accueil client reste un v\u00e9ritable art de vivre : \u00ab je faisais mes devoirs sur une table du restaurant\u2026 Le contact client, c\u2019est ma jeunesse, c\u2019est toute ma vie ! \u00bb se souvient-il dans un sourire.<br>Alors le jeune homme, qui est n\u00e9 et a grandi \u00e0 Paris, a naturellement poursuivi dans cette voie et apr\u00e8s un Bac S, s\u2019est engag\u00e9 en BTS NRC (N\u00e9gociation et Relation Client).
