Nadine Duval, experte de la question depuis pr\u00e8s de 20 ans, est \u00e0 la man\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAvoir conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de prendre le virage de l\u2019environnement, ce n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident pour une entreprise du BTP. Mais je crois que ceux qui ne feront pas ce choix courent immanquablement \u00e0 la sortie de route \u00bb analyse Nadine Duval, responsable QSE (Qualit\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Environnement) au sein du groupe FLM et de ses filiales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans les travaux publics, les travaux sp\u00e9ciaux et acrobatiques, l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et la r\u00e9alisation, la fourniture et la pose d\u2019ouvrages m\u00e9talliques.<br>C\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qui parle. Nadine Duval a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en r\u00e9gion parisienne au sein de caisses de retraite compl\u00e9mentaires, apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes de droit. Elle a ensuite \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans le travail temporaire, \u00e0 la faveur de l\u2019immense chantier de construction qui se pr\u00e9parait \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 80 aux portes de Paris, un parc baptis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque\u2026 \u00ab Eurodisney \u00bb.<br>Devenue assistante DRH dans la filiale d\u2019un grand groupe de BTP, elle a la chance de rencontrer un dirigeant avant-gardiste, conscient pour l\u2019\u00e9poque de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de se pencher sur la qualit\u00e9 et les questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en entreprise. C\u2019est le d\u00e9but d\u2019une passion pour le BTP : \u00ab j\u2019avais vraiment trouv\u00e9 ma voie\u2026 M\u00eame s\u2019il a fallu parfois jouer des coudes pour se faire accepter des hommes dans ce milieu !
