Depuis plus de 100 ans, Florian \u00e9voque le plaisir gourmand : le nom appara\u00eet pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1921 avec l\u2019ouverture de la fabrique du chocolat Florian \u00e0 Nice. R\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses d\u00e9licieux produits, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que le peintre Matisse achetait ses chocolats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s\u2026 Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, c\u2019est sur le site de Pont-du-Loup qu\u2019une parfumerie va voir le jour puis en 1949, la \u00ab Confiserie des Gorges du Loup \u00bb, transformant les fleurs et fruits des collines environnantes en d\u00e9lices sucr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les agrumes deviennent confitures, fruits confits et orangettes, tandis que les violettes sont cristallis\u00e9es ou confites et les roses transform\u00e9es en confits, bonbons, sirops ou p\u00e9tales cristallis\u00e9s.
