Ainsi, apr\u00e8s l\u2019ambitieuse cuisine du monde du Bastion, place aux labels d\u2019exception du Golden Beef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convivial et gourmand, dans la tradition des steakhouse am\u00e9ricains, vous y retrouverez les plus embl\u00e9matiques viandes (Angus, Black Angus, Limousine, Charolaise\u2026) s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, arriv\u00e9es sur carcasse, travaill\u00e9es par le boucher du restaurant et matur\u00e9es en cave pendant 4 \u00e0 6 semaines, avant d\u2019\u00eatre cuites selon votre go\u00fbt, accompagn\u00e9es des sauces de votre choix\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne alchimie entre le four et le barbecue, le four \u00e0 braise, constitue la pi\u00e8ce de choix de la cuisine du Golden Beef : la temp\u00e9rature de travail atteint les 500\u00b0, permettant de saisir instantan\u00e9ment votre pi\u00e8ce de viande. Les sucs sont ainsi emprisonn\u00e9s et la viande garde tout son jus et sa tendret\u00e9.
