Elle reliera d\u2019ici 2030 le train aux transports en commun de la M\u00e9tropole Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur (tramways et bus), \u00e0 la gare routi\u00e8re et \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi les connexions locales, nationales et internationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectif : fluidifier les d\u00e9placements, d\u00e9sengorger la ligne littorale et proposer une alternative rapide et verte \u00e0 la voiture, en facilitant le report modal de la route vers le train. Avec sa canop\u00e9e bioclimatique, la future gare de Nice A\u00e9roport sera une r\u00e9alisation unique en Europe. Con\u00e7ue par SNCF Gares &amp; Connexions et l\u2019agence pluridisciplinaire AREP, elle va accueillir 3 000 m\u00b2 de surfaces b\u00e2ties, dont 1 500 m\u00b2 de commerces et de services, un parking de 400 places pour les automobiles et 520 places pour les v\u00e9los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Productrice d\u2019\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque, cette gare porte l\u2019ambition de s\u2019imposer comme un mod\u00e8le d\u2019innovation et de durabilit\u00e9. Elle fonctionnera comme un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me au c\u0153ur duquel un jardin de 4 200 m2 cr\u00e9era un v\u00e9ritable ilot de fraicheur et concourra \u00e0 temp\u00e9rer les espaces d\u2019attente et de d\u00e9ambulation destin\u00e9s aux voyageurs. Enfin, la canop\u00e9e r\u00e9coltera les eaux de pluie, qui seront dirig\u00e9es vers le jardin pour l\u2019arrosage des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet est financ\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 271,2 M\u20ac par l\u2019\u00c9tat, les collectivit\u00e9s locales et les \u00e9tablissements publics de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale, membres de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Ligne Nouvelle Provence C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur.
