Il propose \u00e9galement deux piscines, un espace bien-\u00eatre et plus de 1 700 m\u00b2 d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements, avec notamment le Salon Riviera, capable d\u2019accueillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 936 personnes en configuration th\u00e9\u00e2tre. Ce nouvel investissement intervient apr\u00e8s les 120 millions d\u2019euros consacr\u00e9s en 2001 \u00e0 la reconstruction de l\u2019ensemble h\u00f4telier derri\u00e8re les fa\u00e7ades Art d\u00e9co class\u00e9es monuments historiques.
