Pour les agences de Onet Telem S\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 Marseille et Nice, Sophie Pavon a pour mission la coordination de la QSE, \u00e0 laquelle s\u2019est ajout\u00e9e depuis peu le \u00ab&nbsp;S \u00bb de sant\u00e9, un param\u00e8tre important de la bonne gestion des effectifs en entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onet Telem S\u00e9curit\u00e9 ma\u00eetrise l\u2019ensemble des m\u00e9tiers de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, qu\u2019il soit bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019humain ou sur des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques, au c\u0153ur de ses 50 implantations en France, dont Nice et Marseille. La d\u00e9marche QSE -Pour qualit\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et environnement- vise pour le groupe Onet \u00e0 toujours mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes et contraintes de ses clients. Elle concerne plusieurs domaines : les m\u00e9thodes de travail et le mat\u00e9riel, \u00c9quipements de Protection Individuelle, les contr\u00f4les internes de la prestation avec un outil informatique performant, les actions pr\u00e9ventives et correctives et enfin les outils de communication. Sophie Pavon, assistante de gestion des sites de Nice et Marseille pour Onet Telem SA, coordonne \u00e9galement la QSE sur ces deux implantations&nbsp;: \u00ab Ces deux missions ont un lien, celui de p\u00e9renniser l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise en d\u00e9veloppant la satisfaction client \u00bb. Car s\u2019assurer de la conformit\u00e9 des pratiques, veiller \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnels rejaillit sur les prestations d\u2019Onet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La sant\u00e9 aussi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s ne sont pas les seuls concern\u00e9s par la d\u00e9marche QSE : les sous-traitants, les clients sont impliqu\u00e9s. Ainsi, lorsque Sophie Pavon se rend sur le terrain et met en place une session d\u2019observation, souvent suivie de proc\u00e9dures visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le service, le client concern\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un vrai retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aux trois domaines concern\u00e9s par la QSE s\u2019ajoute d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 Nice et Marseille le \u00ab&nbsp;S&nbsp;\u00bb de Sant\u00e9.
