Un concept sign\u00e9 Antinori, une famille florentine historique d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la production de vins depuis 600 ans, soit 26 g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est un haut lieu de la gastronomie toscane dans les villes d\u2019Europe comme Zurich ou Vienne. Chez Cantinetta Antinori, on retrouvera une large s\u00e9lection des vins Marchesi Antinori, en bouteille ou au verre, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster avec des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s culinaires toscanes pr\u00e9par\u00e9es avec des ingr\u00e9dients provenant des diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la famille. De quoi surprendre ses invit\u00e9s et r\u00e9galer famille et amis !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PR\u00c9PARATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parer le magret de canard, d\u00e9couper en d\u00e9s et mariner avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients pendant au moins 1 heure. Pr\u00e9parer la garniture de chou rouge et mariner pendant au moins 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire le riz noisette : faire fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu vif dans une po\u00eale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il ne chante plus. Eteindre le feu, ajouter l\u2019ail, faire revenir 30 secondes. Ajouter le riz et faire sauter 30 secondes.
