Lavez l\u2019orange \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude. R\u00e2pez finement le zeste au-dessus d\u2019un po\u00ealon. Pressez l\u2019orange. Versez un trait (env. 3 c. \u00e0 s.) de jus d\u2019orange dans le po\u00ealon et gardez le restant pour la garniture. Ajoutez le potiron au zeste d\u2019orange et au jus dans le po\u00ealon et laissez fondre le potiron pendant environ 10 minutes en remuant de temps en temps. Hors du feu, r\u00e9duisez le potiron en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un presse-pur\u00e9e ou d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cupcakes&nbsp;: tamisez la farine au-dessus d\u2019&rsquo;un saladier et ajoutez la poudre \u00e0 lever. Incorporez l\u2019huile, le sucre, les \u0153ufs, le lait et une pinc\u00e9e de sel \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re ou au mixeur. Travaillez ce m\u00e9lange pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes pour obtenir une p\u00e2te onctueuse. Incorporez la pur\u00e9e de potiron \u00e0 cette p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide de 2 cuill\u00e8res, r\u00e9partissez la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te dans les moules \u00e0 muffins. Incorporez la p\u00e2te de noisettes au reste de la p\u00e2te et versez celle-ci sur l\u2019autre p\u00e2te dans les petits moules. Enfournez les cupcakes pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes. Laissez refroidir. M\u00e9langez le sucre \u00e0 2 \u00e0 3 c. \u00e0 s. de jus d\u2019orange pour obtenir un gla\u00e7age bien \u00e9pais. Laissez fondre le gla\u00e7age au chocolat selon les instructions du paquet et remplissez le sachet en pointe pli\u00e9 de ce gla\u00e7age.
