Maud, Fran\u00e7ois, Lionel, trois vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de plantes aux origines diff\u00e9rentes mais dont l\u2019assemblage donne un cocktail rafraichissant : Les brasseurs de l\u2019Est\u00e9rel, qui, de Saint-Tropez \u00e0 Menton, \u00e9tanche la soif des sudistes. Notez qu\u2019avec les m\u00eames ingr\u00e9dients, on peut aussi obtenir d\u2019autres boissons et spiritueux\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un soup\u00e7on de FRAN\u00c7OIS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Originaire de Saint-Rapha\u00ebl, Fran\u00e7ois Woiselle est passionn\u00e9 de bonne ch\u00e8re. En sortant d\u2019Ecole de Commerce, il se penche imm\u00e9diatement sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise, avec deux ingr\u00e9dients en t\u00eate : il y serait forc\u00e9ment question de produits du terroir et \u00ab Made in France \u00bb. Fran\u00e7ois assure le d\u00e9veloppement de la brasserie dans le 06, qui propose aujourd\u2019hui une tr\u00e8s large gamme de boissons, depuis la bi\u00e8re aux vins fins en passant par les sodas et les spiritueux. Il s&rsquo;occupe \u00e9galement de la gestion classique de l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;: strat\u00e9gie, co\u00fbts, administratif, passage du balai, vaisselle\u2026&nbsp;(!) Avec Lionel, ils assurent la remont\u00e9e d\u2019informations \u00ab&nbsp; terrain \u00bb sur la fa\u00e7on dont sont per\u00e7us leurs produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une rasade de LIONEL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne l\u00e9sinez pas sur la dose ! Issu du monde viticole o\u00f9 il a assur\u00e9 la direction commerciale de plusieurs domaines en Provence, Lionel Caudron conna\u00eet son affaire et donne du liant \u00e0 la recette Riviera Beer. La brasserie d\u00e9veloppe d\u00e9sormais sa distribution et s\u2019ouvre \u00e0 d\u2019autres boissons, artisanales \u00e0 100&nbsp;% : Cola (r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 la brasserie \u00e0 partir d\u2019ar\u00f4mes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 Grasse), vins fins, p\u00e9tillants, limonades maison&#8230; Lionel a rejoint Riviera Beer en 2019, avec l\u2019envie de d\u00e9velopper une entreprise en \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un grand zeste de MAUD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ne brasse pas du vent ! Infographiste de m\u00e9tier, Maud Patriarca vient de Lyon et s\u2019est form\u00e9e au brassage \u00e0 Nancy, apr\u00e8s avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 des bijoux pour de grandes maisons de joaillerie et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le marketing d\u2019une enseigne de produits cosm\u00e9tiques. Chez les brasseurs de l\u2019Est\u00e9rel, c\u2019est elle qui \u00e9labore les recettes de Riviera Beer depuis sa cr\u00e9ation. \u00ab Je me suis toujours int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 la production. Et puis la bi\u00e8re, c\u2019est un produit plaisir, que l\u2019on partage.
