Un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit qui se traduit dans l\u2019id\u00e9e que le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 se fait de la cuisine : elle doit \u00eatre ouverte, partag\u00e9e\u2026 Depuis quelque temps, on peut donc manger entour\u00e9 d\u2019une dizaine d\u2019invit\u00e9s, sur une belle table de ch\u00eane, au beau milieu\u2026 de la cuisine de la Villa Archange ! Un moment d\u2019intimit\u00e9 pour amoureux de gastronomie, qui pla\u00eet aux amateurs et dont le succ\u00e8s ne se d\u00e9ment pas : cette table exclusive et authentique se r\u00e9serve longtemps \u00e0 l\u2019avance\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deux univers, une seule empreinte : l\u2019excellence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Bastide, ce sont deux univers, l\u2019esprit bistrot et la table gastronomique. Depuis plus de dix ans, Bruno Oger et ses \u00e9quipes suivent une recette d\u2019excellence dans la continuit\u00e9, au sein de chacun des deux \u00e9tablissements : \u00ab Depuis la reprise, nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de retrouver nos clients, qui eux aussi sont ravis de pouvoir go\u00fbter \u00e0 nouveau aux plaisirs de la table.
