Et pour cause : des cuisines \u00e0 l\u2019assiette, la d\u00e9marche de ce label oblige \u00e0 des pratiques \u00e9co-responsables, loin d\u2019\u00eatre de simples postures marketing\u2026 Et qui mettent \u00e0 l\u2019honneur une cuisine locavore et pr\u00e9cise, empreinte de passion et d\u2019un certain amour du travail bien fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEco-responsables, nous l\u2019\u00e9tions d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis longtemps \u00bb, sourit Bruno Oger. \u00ab Mais cette gratification nous a surtout \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e pour notre avanc\u00e9e majeure vers une restauration plus engag\u00e9e envers la plan\u00e8te, pour notre prise de conscience des pr\u00e9occupations actuelles et futures de pr\u00e9servation des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes mais aussi pour notre engagement envers notre client\u00e8le dans le \u00ab&nbsp; consommer mieux, consommer autrement&nbsp;\u00bb pr\u00e9cise-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car en cuisine, la d\u00e9marche est loin d\u2019\u00eatre anecdotique pour le chef aux deux macarons Michelin.
